Geoff Benic
Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Widely known for his role in helping to create and build the iconic Grocery Gateway brand, Geoff’s career has been characterized by success in many highly demanding environments. Previously regional director of United Parcel Service Canada, one of the world’s most rigorous and demanding global logistics entities, Geoff moved on to be an initial Grocery Gateway employee and General Manager.

From October 2004 until June 2018, Geoff was the founder and chairman of Sofilia Logistics Group Inc., a leading National Delivery Logistics Service, where he followed a vertical integration growth strategy and successfully acquired and integrated mid-market businesses.

His capital-raising abilities have been significant and include several mergers and acquisitions and eventual sales to larger companies. Geoff’s cannabis industry experience includes his tenure as CEO of Aleafia Health Inc. from June 2018 until February 2022.

Frank Faeth
Chief Operating Office (COO)

Frank is a seasoned entrepreneur and executive with a focus on real estate development and investment strategies in the U.S. and Germany. Currently the Co-Founder and CEO of HubOne Service GMBH, Frank has revolutionized the warehouse sector by launching its first-ever CO2 reduction project. He is also known for his ability to broker large-scale supply agreements and negotiate complex tenant contracts.

Before HubOne, Frank was the Head of Acquisition at HubOne Real Estate GMBH (F&F LANDINVEST), where he spearheaded the acquisition of €50M in development land, equating to nearly €200M in project volume. He has also empowered the next generation of entrepreneurs through partnerships with startup networks.

In parallel, Frank founded Hunter Consulting GMBH, a firm that specializes in cross-Atlantic partnerships in real-estate, pharmaceutical, and energy sectors, successfully scaling it to $1M in revenue. His earlier roles include serving as a Project Analyst at Nuveen, where he influenced the creation of the company's first impact investment fund, and as a Commercial Agent at Realogis, optimizing marketing budgets for maximum impact.

Fluent in both English and German, Frank brings a unique blend of strategic acumen and hands-on expertise to the table. His leadership skills, proven track record, and strong industry networks make him a force to be reckoned with in the global business landscape.

Brian Tanner
Corporate Development

Brian Tanner, a leading Fractional Corporate Development Executive at ArcStone Securities and Investments Corp, stands out in the financial sector with over 25 years of sales experience. He's renowned for identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities across various trade classes in both Canada and the USA.

Embodying entrepreneurial drive, Brian has a solid track record in hands-on management and developing sales programs. In omnichannel sales and marketing in retail, he excels at creating integrated, customer-centric experiences, adeptly catering to evolving preferences and incorporating multiple technologies.

His strategic insight and drive consistently exceed sales targets, with experience in Consumer Packaged Goods and Medical Devices enhancing his strategy and financial growth skills.

Brian holds a Masters in Marketing & Strategy from Queens University's Smith School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Western Ontario. He's also a Founding Father of the Zeta Beta Tau Fraternity at Western Ontario, demonstrating early leadership qualities.

Andrei Arkhanguelski
VP, Technology

Andrei has 10+ years of experience as a technology focused operator. In 2012, he co-founded Crowdlinker Inc, a product-focused technology startup and transitioned it into a successful full-service global studio capable of reading best-in-class digital products for brands like Shopify, TopHat, MLSE, etc.

At Crowdlinker, successfully raised $1M in funding and spearheaded multiple product initiatives. With a proven track record in technology consulting, Andrei excels at building relationships with C-Suite executives, negotiating deals, and ensuring deliverables are both on time and on budget. In 2017, Andrei founded SAU, a D2C brand, where he honed his skills in digital marketing and getting a product to market on Amazon.com.

More recently, Andrei served as an Ecommerce Business Consultant at Clearco, where he managed 140 accounts across the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom. Generating $400K in closed deals within just nine months, Andrei consistently exceeded expectations and quotas. His responsibilities also included crafting custom growth plans for portfolio companies and generating a positive ROI by enhancing online sales.

Andrei's breadth of experience, from founding startups to scaling e-commerce operations and consulting, makes him a versatile leader in the tech industry. His achievements are not just in developing and launching products, but also in the strategic scaling of businesses across different markets.
